August-16 Initial Intelipod focus group
First presentation of the Intelipod concept to the first responder market with the St Johns County, FL (SJFD) and the New Bedford, MA (NBFD) Fire Departments, respected technology-oriented Fire Departments. This was the first verification and validation of the concept behind our R&D and both departments offered their facilities when the first prototype Intelipod was available for field testing.
March-17 SJFD Field Test
SJFD hosted the first test/demonstration of the Intelipod across a broad range of simulated events and interface with the departments fire fighters.
April-17 Fire Department Instructor Conference (FDIC)
First public presentation of Intelipod at the largest Fire Fighting Conference in the US.
May-17 The Players Championship (TPC) Sawgrass
Invited by SJFD to test/demonstrate Intelipod at high visisbility mass public event. Venti was able to interface with public event emergency response teams such as the FL Crisis Support Team (CST) and gain insights into the tactics, techniques, equipment, and procedures.
July-17 The Fire Chiefs Summit (FCS)
Invited to present to over 50 Fire Chiefs from throughout 50 states.
July-18 The Fire Chiefs Summit (FCS)
Second Invite. Venti had now been able to have in-depth customer development discussions/meetings with over 100 different fire departments from small to major urban organizations and from across the country.
July-18 International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) Annual HAZMAT conference/Tech Council
IInvited by the IAFC to participated in their tech working group to determine future reporting language for HAZMAT sensors. This is the largest US conference focused understanding and addressing HAZMAT scenarios.
December-18 ACFD CCTA Test
FEMA counter terrorism emergency response program, invited by ACFD to test sensors in a domestic terrorism event exercise.
March-19 Smart FireFighting Webcast
Invited to present a podcast on a nationally recognized forum for advancing firefighting technologies.

Invited to highlight select companies in emergency response market.
October-19 Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute (MFRI)
Invited to demonstrate Intelipod system at the Institute's training facility under the observation of the NFA and US Capital Fire Service. Extended to a 2-day test by MFRI request to test ability of Intelipod to detect evolving flashover event.
February-20 International Fire Safety Consortium
UMD invited Venti to the first IFSC working group to present to member international universities all with significant fire science focus…US, Australia, Scotland, Sweden
March-20 NIST Pulse Accelerator
Accepted in NIST's first cohort for Pulse Accelerator. Validated business model, market research, company structure, funding strategy.
June-20 NIST CHARIoT Challenge
NIST competition for integrating environmental sensors into a city wide IoT. Made it to the third level.
September-20 FireHouse Product of the Day
Sep 2020 Intelipod was selected as the product of the day by the largest trade journal in the Fire Fighting market.
September-20 ECU Mentoring Program
Venti had the pleasure of being selected as a small business mentor to the ECU school of Business and Engineering for SW analytics.
October-20 Mass Casualty Air Disaster & Forensics (MCAD&F)
Invited by the Toronto Fire and Emergency Services Training Insitute (FESTI) to brief the MCAD&F (Canadian First Responder and University working group to study the effects around major public disasters).
November-20 TechBriefs Create the Future
Internation competition for new technologies, Venti was one of five finalists in the sensor/electronics category and made it into the top 100 new technologies category…out of over 750 submissions from over 60 countries.
November-20 Fire Safety Competition
Invited to participate in an industry sponsored technology competition and placed runner up in the sensor category.
November-20 Amazon Web Service (AWS) Project Evolution
Venti was selected to participate in aselect group of companies participating in this 6-week pilot program. The program was specifically focused on the needs of our customers who develop technology solutions on AWS for government agencies. Completion of this program entered Venti into AWS's GovTechStart accelerator program.
March-21 Canadian Emergency Response Contractors Alliance (CERCA) Spring 2021 Conference
Invited to present at the semi-annual conference for disaster response and mitigation and how the Intelipod could an effective force multiple in the monitoring and response to large scale disasters (train derailments, etc.).
October-20 Mass Casualty Air Disaster & Forensics (MCAD&F)

April-21 Intelipod Selected USDA SBIR
Intelipod select for a Phase I study in support of wildfire management through remote sensor deployment.

Formal granting of PCT Patent.
February-22 Joint Interagency Field Experimentation (JIFX)
Invited to attend by AFRL to observe the Naval Postgraduate School Wildfire mitigation investigation, Monterey California and work with the Common Operational Picture for Emergency Responders (COPERS).
February-22 Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) Wildfire Test
Venti is part of a 3-year EPA research project managed by UNC to monitor environmental conditions around wildfires for predictive modeling of fire spread.

International fire industry conference: IAFC selected Intelipod as one of three new first response technologies to watch.
August-22 IAFC Fire and Rescue International (FRI) Tech Council
Invited by the IAFC to present at the annual FRI's Tech Council Session. One of three new tech companies to present.
August-22 IAFC FRI Conference/Floor Presentation
Venti attended the annual FRI conference with a booth at the Startup Stable. This is the largest conference hosted by the IAFC which gave Venti exposure to a broad range of fire departments, training centers, government response agencies, and potential industry partners. Requested by event organizers to present our Tech Council presentation to the conference at large.
September-22 WPAFB Air Force Marathon
Invited by WPAFB Fire Department and AF Research Lab to demonstrate Intelipod concept for monitoring a wide area mass public event and explore integrating Intelipod information into a common operating picture for event management.
October-22 Intelipod Selected Air Force Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)
Intelipod select for a Phase I study in support of remote CBRN/WMD detection.
December-22 Esri Partner Startup Program
Venti was accepted into the Esri GIS startup partner program to expedite integration of Intelipod data into the gold standard of GIS data base exploitation.
March-23 SERDP Wildland Fire Tether delivery
Designed, built, and delivered a retractable UAS tethering device for flexible deployment of Intelipod sensors in remote areas.
